Jay Reddy was born and raised in Ames, IA and Marshalltown, IA to immigrant parents from India. After getting a B.S. in Economics from Iowa State University and his J.D. from Duke University, Jay moved to the D.C. area. He works in Washington D.C. as a labor attorney and has lived the past 9 years in McLean and Falls Church, in Dranesville District, with his family. His three children all attend Fairfax County Public Schools, and Jay serves as the President of the Franklin Sherman Elementary PTA. Jay has served recently as the Dranesville District Democrats Vice Chair of Precinct Operations, and two years ago was elected Vice Chair – North for FCDC. Jay also serves on a variety of county government and Fairfax County Public Schools advisory committees. Going forward, Jay will continue to focus FCDC on its core mission of campaigns and outreach as part of our resistance to Trump, and our embrace of a Stronger Tomorrow that reflects our emerging electorate.
