Nadja Golding – Candidate for FCDC Treasurer

Nadja is running for re-election as FCDC Treasurer.  Nadja Golding has been FCDC’s Treasurer since 2010, and before that she was Assistant Treasurer for 2 years. She has extensive experience with state and federal (Federal Election Commission, or “FEC”) campaign finance reporting procedures and election law.

Before joining FCDC, she was active in Fairfax County Public Schools, serving as chair of both the McLean High School and the Longfellow Middle School PTAs as well as Treasurer of the McLean High School Band Parents. An economist with a PhD from Princeton University, she worked in academia (Haverford College, the University of Florida) and the US Government (the US Commission on Civil Rights). Her research and teaching focused on labor economics, the economics of discrimination, and a variety of civil rights issues facing the nation.  Nadja is a lifelong Democrat whose passion has always been working to help bring equal opportunity and equal citizenship status to all Americans.
